In 1998 State of Franklin Healthcare Associates was formed as a physician-owned medical group located in Johnson City, Tennessee. Its team of board-certified physicians and medical staff endeavor to enhance the quality of care by delivering patient-centered care to their patients. More than 200 physicians and specialists with State of Franklin Healthcare serve more than 120,000 patients in Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia. Their primary goal is to give patients and families better access and convenience to healthcare services.
With more than 1,000 telehealth visits per week, State of Franklin Healthcare wanted a more engaging and dynamic website for their patients while giving them better access to their healthcare services. Forty percent of their existing website traffic was from mobile devices. The site offered archaic navigation that was not easily accessible for mobile users and failed to convert traffic. The challenge was to create a beautiful, responsive website to attract and convert users across all devices and to meet the stakeholders’ goals.
Solution
After the discovery phase, a responsive website was designed to simplify site navigation and deliver a better user experience. The revamped website made it easier for existing and prospective patients to explore State of Franklin Healthcare’s services, providers, practices and patient portal pages. Together, the colorful and vibrant layout, which more accurately represents their brand identity, and the improved user interface help further expand State of Franklin Healthcare’s network of satisfied patients.
